Do you sell new parts or are they refurbished?

1800Ecm only sell refurbished units. The parts are restored to full working condition and are tested for quality assurance.

Is the dealership my only option for programming?

I received a part however it has a different part number does it mean is the wrong part?

If the unit you receive from us has a different part number, it doesn't necessarily mean the part is incorrect. Manufacturers use different numbers on interchangeable parts. we always verify compatibility to ensure it functions properly with your vehicle.
