Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 1-800Ecm.com! Here's our terms and conditions agreement. Please read them carefully. 

• Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. we're committed to delivering quality work and excellent customer service!
• We accept cash or Credit cards ONLY. We do not accept checks ,Cashapp , Zelle or any mobile payment. 
• When buying a part, you are authorizing 1-800Ecm.com to charge the credit card for a one-time payment and will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated. 
• We only start processing a return once the part has been received and inspected at our facility. 
• If approved, refunds will be returned to the same card the transaction was made with.  If paid with cash, we will give you the return in a form of a check .
• We only keep cores for 30 days, after that we will NOT be responsible for any cores. if you decide to get the core back there will be a core charge with every unit. 
• Costumer must be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping to our facility. 
• Our units go through a series of test; this helps ensure our customers that they will be receiving a good working unit. However, we aren't mechanics we only work on the part itself and do not perform full system diagnostics. 
• Once a unit leaves our facility and is accepted, the carrier responsibility for the unit transfers to the shipping provider. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit.  
• To maintain a clear and effective communication, we engage exclusively with our direct customers. Any correspondence or support for third parties should be managed by the original point of contact. 
• Please note that if an item qualifies as a special-order part. it will be procured specifically upon request, which may extend the processing time. special order items may also be subject to different return or cancellation policies.
